Cathy Riddle, GRI, AHWD, SRS, and a REMAX Hall of Fame member, is a REALTOR with REMAX at the Beach in the Oak Island office, serving clients throughout Brunswick County, North Carolina. With more than 35 years of full time real estate experience and multiple national and international awards, Cathy has built a career known for consistency, strong market knowledge, and lasting client relationships. After five years in property management and five years selling real estate in the Research Triangle Park area, Cathy followed a dream in 1994 to sell real estate “where the sweeping live oaks meet the sea.” She made that vision a reality and has since focused on helping buyers and sellers along the Brunswick County coast. Cathy believes strongly in supporting the community she calls home and has contributed to local charities including the Brunswick County Family Assistance Program and the Tree of Hope, where she chaired a board committee for ten years helping organize charitable events. When she is not working with clients, Cathy enjoys the simple pleasures of coastal living, including scenic walks on the beach, concerts, festivals, and afternoons along the waterfront in historic Southport.
