Cathy is truly the best at what she does! We were fortunate enough to work with her on two occasions - the sale of our townhome and the purchase of our single-family home. She was on top of it throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She’s such a delight to work with and we cannot express how grateful we are for everything she has done for us! We have known her for many years and adore her! Even after our COE (close of escrow), she continues to check-in on us. She treats each of her clients as a priority and never like a transaction. She is a rarity and genuinely cares about her clients. We would recommend her to anyone!
