Since the whole transaction was done by e-mail and phone calls every everything went smoothly. I have yet to see the unite, only by picture's but I'm satisficed, my grand daughter and Cathy have sent pictures and Cathy has followed up with each step. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to other buyers. Good job Cathy
