I had interviewed several Realtors before listing my home. The sales at the time in Aberdeen Boynton Beach were a seller's market. I proceeded to perform my due diligence. I was referred to Cathy by a neighbor who had a friend that used Ms. Lewis. We sent up an appointment to meet. Cathy was prompt, informative, and prepared. She had COMPS for Aberdeen, as well as several Net Price Reports. I reviewed the reports and was impressed. I had some concerns regarding the showings, COVID, and the integrity of my home. Cathy assured me that she would personally "try" to be at 90% of all the showings and confirm everyone entering my house would be wearing a mask (which she provided)—impressed with her professionalism and commitment to my needs as a Realtor. I signed and listed my home. Cathy provided me with a few names of Cleaning Services before having the property professionally photographed for the MLS listing. Cathy went above and beyond. Being transparent before signing, I shared that I suffer from OCD and can sometimes be complicated with my requests that may seem unreasonable. Cathy appreciated that I shared this information. We established a viable business partnership. I received an offer for my asking price, which I accepted. She walked me through the home inspection process, buyers needing to get a mortgage, and all the angst that accompanies selling a house. My house closed without incident.
