We had a very bad experience with a Relator before meeting Catherine. Long story short she is amazing, extremely helpful with all the contracts and super fair. She was the parties Relator that I sold my home to. But she treated me like I was her client. Extremely fair and very helpful. Before meeting Her I had my home on the market for over 4 months. No sale??? Which was strange? I met Catherine and I learned why it was not selling. My so called Relator didn’t return calls and posted it as commercial property, which it never was. Anyways I’m not a vandicted person and I believe what comes around goes around. He will have his days! But I highly recommend Catherine as she’s the best!

Wow. Where do I begin. The journey of a single working female trying to buy a house to call the Bay Area home. Definitely needed a warrior realtor to fight the crazy market alongside me. Catherine did exactly that. She was relentless in seeking out properties that not only met my home business needs but also fit my budget- not an easy task. Hear this- every now and then I got so desperate, I was willing to settle for less. Catherine would not let that happen. She would tour the house in consideration and ask me buyer’s questions that got me thinking. Many a times, she physically pointed out why the property in question is not a good idea nor a good fit. Talk about a true client focused agent. Sometimes I wondered, does she want to earn money at all? Apparently not until I am (her client) is fully satisfied. Of course, along the search- COVID happened and market got even crazier. Did I want to give up? Yes. But Catherine continued to encourage me- telling me “your house is out there”. Indeed, my house was out there. I closed on the 30th of March and I am so happy! Hats off to Catherine Krueger for her dedication to the job. Catherine is Superb! Working with Catherine during the mania of pandemic house hunting (late 2020 / early 2021) was like a breath of fresh air. She always gave her honest and frank opinion (based on her knowledge and experience) of the houses and neighborhoods we visited, which told me she looks out for her clients and wants them to help them make informed decisions. It's easy to get swept up emotionally during the house hunting process (both up and down), but she always checked in with us, and kept us moving forward toward our goal.
