I cannot say enough great things about Cathy at New Coast Living!! One thing I have definitely learned, buying a home for the first time IS HARD. It is a lot of research, a lot of time, a lot of financial conversations, a lot of personal family conversations, and is even more orchestration than a wedding. Having someone guide us through this process that is aware of all the challenges and can be there for us not just from a client-relationship standpoint, but also understand how personal and intimate this decision was for us was HUGE. Our home search was almost a year long because we are SO particular, but Cathy was always patient with us and guided us through the process from start to closing. When we were searching around for the right agent, Cathy's meet and greet presentation shed so much light on the massive process, but was also straightforward and easy to understand. We felt very secure in moving forward with her right away. After our search began, we only gained more peace of mind as we worked more with Cathy. She is so well-organized, proactive, responsive and fought the good fight for us every time. Escrow was the most challenging and fragile part of the process since we purchased our home during COVID times, we knew anything could happen, timelines were unsure, but that our hearts were already invested so any fallout would be a huge heartbreak. Because of Cathy, we had solid relationships with all involved parties throughout and we were able through all inspections and negotiations, not only on time, but early! We closed as if it was any other time and now are officially homeowners of our forever dream home! Cathy has changed our lives for the better and we cannot be more grateful :) I cannot recommend Cathy enough and can't wait to refer her to friends and family so they can all have the same smooth and quality experience we did.
