If there’s one thing I learned from working with Catherine (aka-my mom) while looking for a home, it’s don’t leave a bad review for your own mother. All joking aside, yes she’s my mother, that doesn’t mean that I won’t spit the facts. Catherine maintained professionalism and courtesy as we navigated the stressors of buying a new home or moving and having to sell our old hone simultaneously. She maintained a high level of communication throughout the entire process, keeping us up-to-date on all processes and actions occurring as we navigating all the steps in buying/selling a home. When it comes to paperwork, she knows what to do and explains the process thoroughly to help mitigate the stress of it all.
