Cathy is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She understands the market and was able to communicate to us by listening and not pushing her agenda on us. She was able to obtain a very good price for our home and I think all parties came away happy. She is very nice and able to remain calm during this stressful time. She always returned ours calls/texts promptly (within minutes!) and made us feel like her only and most valuable clients. She is a great communicator and didn’t hesitate to facilitate calls to the stager or to anyone else. She is honest, ethical yet forthright and kind. We would not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to others.
