There are so many things that I can say about this incredible lady. My fiance and I have been looking for homes for the past year on our own, and we couldn't find anything with our "must haves" in our budget. When we decided that we were ready to step up our game, we were connected with Catherine. She called us right away to get to know us better, and to ensure that she could find the perfect home for us. We told her that we weren't in a hurry, we were just looking. Catherine and her team sent us a few houses, and asked for our feedback. Within one week, her team found us our dream home, in our perfect location! Not only that, but she was able to help us get it 45k UNDER the asking price! Catherine works around the clock, and she takes care of you as though you are family. This is our first home buying experience, and Catherine patiently walked us through all of the intimidating steps, always with a smile on her face. Her loving personality is a blessing, as you can really feel that she wants to take care of you, and she has your best interests in mind. And though she may be the sweetest lady I have ever met, she is not afraid to go to bat for you to make sure things are right! She has the perfect balance. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else, and I am so thankful that Catherine was put into our lives. There's no one better!
