I inherited my parents rental property they owned for 40 years. I could not have had a better person or agent to see me through the process of guiding me around fixing up the house & doing ALL the things to get it on the market. In addition she was kind & sensitive to the grief I was in around inheriting the property, which was mixed with the sadness of losing both my parents in July of 2024. I could not recommend Catherine more highly: she was always there for me & showed up in every way!
