Catherine did an outstanding job throughout the process of selling our home. Her market and sales experience enabled us to list our home at the right level and react appropriately to incoming buyer interest. Catherine really helped us with her network of essential service people including escrow, inspectors, repair teams, movers, donation services and cleaners. Also she demonstrated a keen eye for how best to show our home. We are very pleased with Catherine Isham with the sale of our home and recomend her highly.

We saw eye to eye on strategy and tactics. Her professional experience shines spot on to every detail. When I got stressed she was calming using a phase I know well which is to just follow her wheel and worked very well. The Tucker team she assembled to update the home were incredibly resourceful to get my home on the market on the exact planned date. Saved a ton of money that others can’t offer. I’d use her again.

Catherine provided us with a blue print for selling our home within a defined time frame which included house preparation, enhancing curb appeal, plus all the little things associated with selling our home minus any surprises. Flawless planning and execution of the plan. Very positive and stress free.

Catherine is not only a talented, and successful real estate agent but she is a lovely, exceptional person. She was my agent for a family estate that I am the trustee for. She was a miracle worker getting the house prepared for market in record time, handling everything from repairs and staging to personally helping clear out the house. I live out of town and she took care of everything the property needed thoughtfully, and walked me through each step. She did things above and beyond a realtor is responsible for and did it with such class. She took care of things from waste pickup to donations and even met with family members at the home. She not only sold the home quickly and efficiently but she became a friend. Catherine went way out of her way to make a very difficult and emotional process as painless as possible. I am so grateful for all that she did and to have had the pleasure of working with her.

We had a fantastic experience with Catherine! She is one of the most professional, caring and thorough real estate agents we have ever used. Her knowledge and timing of the market is impeccable. Each real estate transaction requires unique, individualized attention to detail which she readily delivers. Catherine created an impeccable environment during our transaction. She is highly recommended!

I met Catherine while looking at a house I was casually interested in. The next day, she came to my house to chat. Her determination, the speed at which she knew what I wanted, and what she could deliver, convinced me to sell my home that same day. I had my house in the market that next week, with an open house the same weekend. She was meticulous and organized, and provided us with a clear strategy to purchase the home we wanted, having a contingency to sell ours. With all the uncertainty, she was always a steady and calm person. She guided us in each step of the way. She is a great real estate agent, and I would recommend her for any complex or simple transaction. Her experience is unparalleled. Thank you, Catherine, for helping us move into the home of our dreams.

We bought our first house with Catherine. Can't be happier! Catherine was excellent at communicating with us on EVERY aspect of the process (and we had tons of questions every day). She quickly got back with answers and smoothly ran us through all details. We can highly recommend her! Catherine is great professional and great person!

Knowledgeable, professional, competent, driven and always available. Total 100% satisfied. Recommend her to anyone. Will use her again.

Last December I had decided that I needed to find a home. I reached out to Catherine and she suggested we narrow down my search to precisely what it is I wanted. She took me around every weekend and any weekday I was available to pick the location, pick the type of home, and weigh out my options. She made me feel like I was her only client. She would take my calls day or night and made herself available when options would come up that fit my criteria. In March we found the perfect home, her negotiation skills and her ability to communicate with others on such a professional and kind level made it possible for me to find my forever home. I cannot recommend her enough. I only wish I was looking for more homes because she is the "go to" Agent!!!

My fiancé and I were first-time home buyers and were exciting and overwhelmed with starting the process. We were so glad to have Catherine with us to help us along the way. She is super familiar with the housing market, great at explaining the process, very organized, and easy to communicate with. When we were considering different townhomes and duplexes, Catherine took the time to pull up reports of different homes of similar sizes to show us how they compared to each other. She even pulled up houses that were recently sold to give us a full picture of the market. She took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for in a home. We really appreciated how she kept all the details in mind and provided her honest feedback and guidance. Catherine's organization and timely responses made her a joy to work with. She patiently and clearly explained every step of the home buying process, providing tips of what to do and look out for. She answered all of our questions, and even answered ones we didn't think to ask. We were also very impressed and grateful for her attention to detail. I don't know how she remembers everything written in all the paperwork - but she does! We recommend Catherine to anyone who's looking for an agent. We are very thankful for all of her hard work and everything she has done for us.
