She was knowledgeable and offered information about Las Vegas and Sun City that helped us get to know the areas we were looking in so we could narrow down the neighborhoods. I cannot believe how lucky we were to find Cathy Gil as we started to navigate the home searching and buying process, she was a godsend! She went out of her way to help us find exactly what we were looking for, she made herself available and was immediately responsive to all of our questions. She coached us through the whole experience, negotiated a great price on our new home, and facilitated the offer/counter offer process to ensure all necessary repairs would be fixed. Cathy was forward leaning, always one step ahead, identified potential issues and solved problems before they impacted anything. In fact, she solved issues that were actually in the loan officer and selling agent swim lanes - Cathy did whatever it took to keep us on track to close escrow as scheduled, even if it meant doing additional work that was really not her responsibility. Cathy genuinely cares about the customer, which is not something you always find in a realtor. For example, when the sellers moved out of the house they left a variety of items in the house (like a couch, trash, etc.), and the house was filthy. Cathy felt so bad for us, she hired people to come remove the leftover furniture, and brought in a house cleaning person that literally cleaned the home from top to bottom -- she did all of this at her own expense, which is above and beyond anything we ever expected! I can honestly say that having Cathy as our real estate agent has made this a pleasant experience for us! We highly recommend Cathy for anyone out there looking to buy or sell, and we will definitely use her again in the future - in fact, she is currently helping find a place for my father and I'm looking forward to working with her again.

Proud to announce we are now owners of our first investment home in Las Vegas!! Took a lot of sweat and tears but our realtor Catherine didn’t give up and neither did we. In the process we learned a lot from each other, we had sleepless night and overwhelming days, we cried together, shared stores but ultimately laughed together.
