Catherine was an absolute ROCKSTAR! From availability and local knowledge to exceptional negotiation skills, Catherine did it ALL. She was very dependable throughout the entire process of looking for a home. She definitely treated us like family and was very invested in us finding the perfect home! Cathy helped us buy a home from out of state. She previewed homes for us and when we came for our house hunting trip she cleared her schedule to show us around. When we went under contract she did great making sure everything went smooth and that we were getting a good deal. On top of all of that shes been a huge help coordinating cleaning and repairs needed. She helped us find a contractor and is still making sure our move in process is a good experience.
