My wife and I were first time home buyers and not very knowledgeable about the home buying process. We met with a few realtors and ended up going with Catherine. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She came with us on several different house viewings and gave us her professional opinion of each one while respecting our opinion as well. If the homes we viewed needed certain improvements after buying, she could give us rough estimates of how much the improvements would cost. She also has many connections to various contractors that could help with the various improvements if needed. She is very responsive to the many questions we had along the way and guided us through the whole process with ease and precision. We highly recommend Catherine for any buyers in the Monterey County area. She has a vast knowledge of the different areas and the pros and cons of each. Highly recommend!
