Wonderful buying experience
Catherine is very responsive, makes time for you, and is very knowledgable of the Katy area. Her advice on negotiations were generally spot on. She doesn't pressure you to sign exclusivity contracts right off the bat. She is very honest while looking at properties and will tell you what she dislikes about the property. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you're looking to buy/sell.
