Potentially difficult sale of my mom's house because I was residing in another state, but Ms.Frank was impressive in her market knowledge as indicated by a relatively quick sale of the property at a price considerably above my pre-sale ideas. As with most sales, we negotiated through several issues without confusion or misunderstandings. Most notably, Ms. Frank did everything she said she would do and in a timely and courteous manner. She is a top grade professional and I would hire her again in a flash.
