Catherine Evans

I was looking to buy a house in Florida and I had contacted several realtors.After listening to them and describing what I was looking for in a home, I concluded that Catherine Evans was going to be the most honest and trustworthy. Upon meeting Catherine a few months later, she had sat down with us, showed us homes she thought we would be interested in seeing in our price range. After actually looking at a few homes, she was able to determine what our needs and desires were. We had thought we found the perfect home for us, but unfortunately the seller would not negotiate on his listed price, we were all disappointed. So, since we were living 1,000 miles away, we had all made plans to meet again a few months later. Catherine and I emailed and called each other weekly with ideas and homes we were interested in looking at upon our arrival. We had even discussed renting or building a house if we weren't able to find our dream home when we came back to Florida. Once back in Florida, Catherine picked us up at our hotel to go house shopping, with a complete aganda for the day, based upon everything we had discussed for the previous months, we started looking at houses. We found our dream home that day! The seller was amazing and negotiated with us as well. We spent the next 2 days at the house, watching the various home inspections and Catherine was there with us every step of the way. If we had questions, she was able to answer them right away or she would get the correct person on the phone. Catherine is an amazing person and listens to you to get you what you want in a house. I would recommend Catherine to anyone looking for a house, she and her staff are amazing and very welcoming. I still can't thank her enough for all that she had done for me!
