When I first met Cathy to see about selling my home of 35 years and downsizing to a condo she came not only with years of proven experience behind her but came prepared with all kinds of information from comps of houses that have sold in the area, to up to date trends in the market; what was going on with new builds in my area and how that could effect my sale and where we needed to be price wise to bring in the most buyers. She also had plenty of info on comps for condos and what types of things to be looking out for. She helped me find the perfect condo for me and then helped me negotiate the right offer to make it mine. Two weeks later we put my house on the market and the next day I was presented with multiple offers that she detailed so I had the right information to choose the right buyer. Everything went so smoothly with her help and she was always a phone call away no matter on the time of day or night. In the end I told her she made selling and purchasing a home easier than it was to buy my last car!
