Catherine helped my Mom and I sell my Mom's rental property. She was really kind and understanding throughout the process. Cathy is unquestionably the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is smart , savvy, and works her head off. She understands her market and negotiates with the best. She helped me get multiple bids for my house and ended up getting more than the asking price. We worked together for a number of months prepping the house for sale. I took her advice on all prep ( and she was right on ) and used her numerous contractors to make this happen. The contractors were reasonably priced and did competent work. I highly recommend her. If I buy or sell another house in her area I will definitely use her.
