During the COVID-19 crazy market, Catherine did her best professional efforts find the most suitable property for me. She arranged the home inspection and went through the escrow process with me. Then she coordinated with the contractors to fix up per home inspection, dealed with HOA……. She worked so hard even during late weekend and response immediately. She was successful move me in with head ache free. Three months later now, she still helped me in tax matters. I am very happy and satisfied with her great performance. I'm sure I drove Cath up the wall with my constant questions and concerns, but true to excellent customer service she handled all my concerns with care and quick responsiveness. The home buying process went smoothly, It's great to have someone always there to answer my questions and respond to my needs. I wouldn't consider her as real estate salesperson agent, but more like a 'Matchmaker'. She introduced us to many homes, until we fell in love with one.
