Catherine contracted to list my mother's condo in January. She gave us excellent advise on what needed fixing. As soon as we took care of that, she staged the condo and put it on the market with an open house on the following Sunday... when we had a major snowstorm in Marlboro. But that didn't faze her in the least. Within a week we had an offer and soon after that a P&S agreement. The best real estate experience ever!
