She was quick to respond, very knowledgeable about the area, knew what steps it would take to be able to build on vacant land in the county we were looking at, and made sure we had a realistic idea of what to expect along the way. She even used her industry connections to help us during our due diligence period, which included getting a well driller to meet us at the property (after making various phone calls we found it's very hard to get well drillers to come to your property up in the mountains, especially before you own it, so Catherine's help was amazing).
