Amazing attention to all the details. Most pleasant, nicest person to know. Love her. She went above and beyond for us. Even watched and aided where the other agent didn't follow though. Potential buyer kept asking for extensions. Cathy's expertise got us to our goals. Closing was easy and all parties were happy.
