Despite many challenges (2 lenders, 2 inspections, a variety of closing dates, and our long scheduled cruise,) she handled everything with courtesy and grace. She delivers!

We experienced so many bumps with the buyers and Cat was ahead of the game every time with a smile, a positive attitude and an answer!
