In summary, I found Ms Baldwin openly oppositional on several occasions throughout the home buying process. Her communication was erratic at times, her answers to questions were jumbled and unclear, and she injected confusion into problem solving at times adding needles tension to events on several occasions. She was not able to follow up on negotiations, indicating that her skills in that area are almost non existent. She agreed to supervise some minor repairs in my new home before I moved in. While she had them completed, they were performed in a shoddy manner reflecting a lack of integrity in workmanship. For example, she had a piece of water damaged, warped wood in a bathroom vanity "repaired" evidently by coating it with some sort of veneer that required a heat gun to cure it. The work left a dirty crack between veneer and particle board, bubbles in the surface on two places and the veneer chipped after one day of use -- it looks unsightly and the wood remained warped. She had a closet door repaired so that it would latch properly, and while the door does latch while you hold it shut, it doesn't remain in place so that the panes of the door do not remain flush. Other minor repairs were done in a similar manner. I will end up having to call a contractor and have the the work she "supervised" done properly. In summary, Ms Baldwin consistently represented herself and focused on making a sale with little regard to quality or process of purchasing a new home. She never quite tuned in to my objectives.
