I can not explain in words how grateful I am for finding Catherine!! Purchasing a mobile home was new to me. I have bought "stick" homes all my life, so I understood that process, but mobile home purchasing was out of my realm. To say that Catherine went above and beyond is an understatement!! Catherine worked diligently day and night to ensure that my process went smoothly, and she succeeded!! Only to turn around and sell the original MH for me, after I bought another MH in the same park. Catherine was wonderful. She called to findout what I wanted to do and then gave me sound advise. Asked me lots of question about the house and my deadlines. She set a meeting to go over all paperwork and did a fantastic job explaining all the paperwork to me. I had some issues and she was very patient with me and got me the answers or experts to fix the issues. What I really liked about Catherine is I felt respected and valued when she talked to me. Her knowledge base was fantastic. I would/have recommended her to other people.
