From our initial phone conversation and throughout the entire process Caterina made me feel like a priority. Caterina went out of her way to help me get my home sold. I was out of the state for much of the process. She would inform me of small but important details. She would say "we must have the windows professionally cleaned" that may seem silly, but it really does matter. Her attention to detail while overseeing every aspect of the sale was very helpful. She assisted me with coordinating contracted work such as lawn care, and would follow up to make sure it was completed in a timely and professional manner. Not one deadline was missed and all the financial aspects of the transaction were taken care of earlier than the deadlines. I owe many thank-yous to Caterina for a stress free job well done!
