Cate helped us sell and buy our new home on Lake Keowee. The sale was our cottage in Backwater Landing and Cate is one of the few realtors in the area that understands the land/lease benefits. She reaches out to different communities proactively finding people that want lake front/lake view property at a fraction of the cost vs buying a lakefront home. We found a home inside of 2 months and in our price range and neighborhood.
