Cate was a joy to work with! She has an eye for things in the house that need to be changed, such as a different color of paint to make the cabinets pop, etc. Cate worked very hard to market my house, which was in a niche market. She hired horses and a rider for the photo shoot, and had a true professional to create the drone video and pics of the land, as well as the house interior and exterior. She was first class!
