Catalina Schreader went above and beyond when assisting me in finding a rental home for my son and I. She stayed within the budget I set and did not going anywhere I did not want to be or show me something that was not what I had asked for. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Also, she is still helping me even though the rental she found me was through another company! The best I have worked with thus far and she is m my new go to gal for my homes! She will not disappoint!

Ultimately, we found a home and neighborhood that we loved based on her recommendations. In addition to helping us find our new home, she was able to market our rental property and find a great tenant for our townhouse in a short amount of time (and we are using Ellingson for property management too!).
