If properties came on the market and we were unable to see them in person, she would go and take pictures for us. She listened carefully to our house specifications and went above and beyond to point out neighborhoods that would be of interest that we had not previously considered. Ultimately, we found a home and neighborhood that we loved based on her recommendations. In addition to helping us find our new home, she was able to market our rental property and find a great tenant for our townhouse in a short amount of time (and we are using Ellingson for property management too!).
