As first time home buyers my boyfriend and I were clueless with everything that entailed home buying. Cat was VERY patient never pushy and very sweet. As we dragged our impatient kids around from house to house she was always really family oriented. She explained and walked through EVERY step with us. Surprisingly very prompt with txt and emails. She was always in the moment with us not busy texting and talking on the phone as I know she was probably busy. She went out of the country for a short time and still answered the phone and responded to text messages. She explained the house inspection with us and all the new terminology. If she says she is on top of it you can trust that she will get it done. Cat is excellent at what she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking buy or sell a home.
