From the beginning we had a difficult task for Catalina - help us find and close on a home we would love despite our limited budget flexibility. Catalina delivered. She helped us put together a winning offer on a very nice house, and walked us all the way through the option/inspection/closing process. She interfaced smoothly with the mortgage lender we selected and kept them and us from missing any deadlines. As first-time home buyers, this service was invaluable to us. Catalina is knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and proactive. If not for her skill we likely would not be in our first-choice of house today. We highly recommend her if you need a realtor.
