I know I'm a very picky person. Catalina patience showed me just what kind of person she is. Her expertise, professionalism, kindness, knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to get the job done was all I needed.....My house was sold in 3 weeks with the determination Catalina had, I never seen nothing like it. 10 stars is what she deserves. Every weekend she spent here at my house for open house, the photos of my house that were taken drew lots of inquisitive people in for open house. At some point I didn't want all those people coming and looking, but Catalina & Alex knew just what to do. My house was sold $20,000 over the asking price. And me going to for another house was a total different story. Catalina & her partner Alex was there for me whatever time, and date I needed them to be there to view a home. My schedule is cray and I'm a very busy petson so I definitely needed someone who had a lot of patience. I highly recommend Catalina and her partner Alex if you want your house sold or ready to buy that dream home!

When there were disagreements about specific verbiage in documents, Catalina was patient and worked through some challenging situations without breaking a sweat. Her calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence to sell my house.
