Cat worked with me over the better part of 6 months to help locate the perfect home for us in Cheval. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, sent us a wide variety of options and gave us detailed information about different neighborhoods that we couldn't have found anywhere else. Given I was looking to purchase from out of town, to help traveling back and forth every few weeks, she took time to send us detailed videos of walk throughs, and also handled a large chunk of the closing process to make it smooth on our side! Super happy with Cat and will definitely come back if ever in the market again for another house!
