Ten minutes after I completed the "l'm interested" form on Zillow at about 8pm on a Friday evening, I received a call from Cassy. After interviewing her over the phone, I was impressed with her location knowledge, her energy, and her friendliness. Cassy helped us through a very challenging purchase with sellers who put up obstacles, but she prevailed on our behalf. She negotiated several items that were deal breakers. By the way, we bought our new home sight unseen, but, thanks to Cassy, she served as our eyes and ears. When the title company made a mess of the close, Cassy escalated our concerns with management. Cassy was OUR agent and she was outstanding. Smart, experienced, energetic, and a genuinely nice person. I have bought and sold 7 homes, new and "used", in MS, VA, MA, CA, and FL. Cassy is the best agent I have worked with in buying or selling.
