Our search was for an atypical, multi-generational home. We also had to line up the sale of a home out of state prior to purchasing in New Orleans. Cassondra knows real estate. If you use her as your agent you will be in good hands. She is very professional, uses a great photographer, and has an assistant who is always available if Cassondra is tied up. She was more nervous about the selling price than I was because she knew the market so well. But I stuck to my guns and the sale worked out nicely.
