Cassie, Did exactly what she promised. Make the selling of our house simple an stress free. She dealt quickly with our questions and made everything happen on time. Definitely a winner !!

Cassie did a great job to keep us informed and provide advice, however, it was very frustrating to work with the buyer's agent. My house was listed twice due to the negligence of the buyer's agent. The first time my house was listed, the buyers were suppose to be approved and all was cleared by the loan officer, a week before the closing it was noted that the buyers did not meet the load requirements, something that the buyer's agent should have noted but didn't, for this the house had to be put in the market again. The second buyer's agent kept secret there were conditions on the loan of the new buyers, it was not until the day before closing that I was clarified that the buyers were working to complete the loan requirements, despite that Cassie was on top and constantly asking the other agent if all was cleared, and she was told all was cleared. This was unacceptable and I wish that the other agent be reported. It was not until Cassie that had to push and go over the upper manager to get the information we were hidden. This situation cost me time, money and I was not happy. One more thing, the day of the closing a new problem came, the buyers did not have the money to pay for the house taxes, again the agent did not even looked into that. My wife and I decided to pay for the the taxes since we were in a situation where we could not negotiate and it was going to cost more if we would have put the house in the market again.
