When it comes to real estate knowledge, she knows it all. And if she’s unsure, she will research it until she has the facts straight. That’s important in an agent, but for us, we keep coming back to Cassie because of her other attributes. She’s incredibly friendly, funny, and won’t take any crap from people trying to take advantage of her clients. She’s fair, and has never given us the impression that she’s just doing this for her cut of the money. She guided us through the sale of our first home, purchase of our second, and a couple years later the sale of that home as well. If you’re going to use an agent, CHOOSE HER. She’s the one that will entertain your baby while you finish cleaning up before a showing. She’s the one that will laugh alongside you while you put all your crazy houseplants in the bathtub so your pictures come out looking professional. She’s literally Wonder Woman.
