Cassie Rogerson was our agent for the purchase of our house in Rehoboth Beach. We were actively searching for a beach house. Since we lived out of state, we were utilizing agents we did not know to show us houses in which we had interest. We found the house we really wanted but could not find an agent to show it to us quickly. The previous agents we had used in RB were unavailable or unwilling to work quickly to set up a showing for us the next day. We found Cassie because she was a listing agent with one of the other houses in the neighborhood where we were looking. We called Cassie in the late afternoon on a Wednesday hoping to see the house on Thursday. Cassie told us she would see what she could do. Within an hour, Cassie had arranged a showing for noon on Thursday. We came down to RB, met with Cassie and toured the house. And put an offer late that night on Thursday. Not knowing Cassie at all, we were putting our trust in her to make the offer and help secure the house for us. The seller accepted the offer and we got the house. Unbeknown to us at the time, the seller was an agent from another real estate company. Although there were competing offers, ours was accepted in large part to the reputation and relationship that Cassie had built with the seller. We knew, at that point, that Cassie had some special qualities as a real estate professional. But, we really didn’t find out how great she was until we worked through some tough home inspection issues. Cassie assisted us in finding contractors that could do work on the house…she had built a tremendous network of contractors that jumped to help because of Cassie.
Cassie Rogerson is the best agent with which we have ever worked! She knows how to keep the deal on track, even when negotiations can get tricky. Highly recommend this professional agent.
