Cassie helped the reviewer buy this property

Strong advocate, readily available, patient and informative with first time home buying experience

Cassie knows this county like the back of her hand. She has her finger on the pulse of the market and gave us excellent advice about our offer. Her confidence was reassuring, and no-nonsense negotiation strategy led to a better deal than we expected! She always got right back to us, even when she had a million things going on. This was my first home purchase and she made the process easy, from explaining the steps and timeline, to inspections and water testing, even referrals for insurance in this hard-to-insure area. And she was fun and friendly to work with! I feel so lucky to have been referred to her and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Lake County.
