Two and half years ago I requested information on a property in ID. Cassie contacted me right away and answered all of my questions I needed to know. For the next couple of months she continued to help me. I decided to hold off looking for properties for awhile and last April I contacted her again and we visited ID in August. She was professional and patient with us in our pursuit of a home. We found a property and we made an offer. Cassie worked up a an offer and negotiated with the seller and he accepted. Unfortunately due to the market we had to pull out of the contract. A couple of months later we finally sold our home here in CA. Since we were unable to go to ID to look for another property Cassie went to look for us. We found a few homes and she face timed us so we could look thru them. We found a property and made an offer and the seller accepted. We couldn’t have done this without Cassie. She was there for us thru the whole time until we closed. She was always professional and made us feel comfortable when we asked her questions. The one thing I appreciated about her she was honest when it came to builders.
