Two and half years ago I requested information on a property in ID. Cassie contacted me right away and answered all of my questions I needed to know. For the next couple of months she continued to help me. I decided to hold off looking for properties for awhile and last April I contacted her again and we visited ID in August. Cassie did an exceptionally good job trying to meet our housing need. While living in remote Alaska and only able to access homes on the Internet, we had her running all over Payette looking for a home for us. We did not know the area at all and being a local , knowing what we needed, She did virtual tours for us. While we had spotty reception via FaceTime, it was quite a rodeo. Finally, settling on a new build, she worked with the builder to get us into a home by late summer 2021. Cassie was always responsive to our calls. Always prepared to answer questions or provide information with a positive attitude.
