Cassidy was very professional throughout the entire process of selling my property. only thing i was disappointed in was the choice of lawyer. Lawyer quoted $750.00 for the closing in a email he sent to me, when it was all said and done he charged $1500.00. in his email he stated if it would be any different he would discus before closing. no communication as he stated. will not recommend him to anyone.
