Cassie (AKA Cassandra) was incredible! First off, she made my first-time home-buying process as smooth as possible! She is sharp and knows her stuff! Secondly, anything and everything I questioned, she was able to ease all my worries and doubts. She knew the answers to all my questions/concerns! Day and night, Cassie always responded to my calls/texts within the hour and always kept me updated on the status of our escrow every step of the way! I've heard horror stories about how long and drawn out the buying process can be, but with Cassie at Realty One Group we were able to close in less than 30 days (and that was with the buyer's asking for an extra 5-day contingency)!! She was phenomenal and I want to recommend her to everyone! Never had I had such a down-to-earth professional help make my dreams come true! I love my new home, its everything I wanted and then some.
