We have had the pleasure of working with Cassandra Smith since 2016 when we just arrived to the United States. Cassandra has been taking care of us from day one. First, finding us an apartment close to the hospitals that was safe and convenient. As unfamiliar with Boston, her suggestion was just perfect. We were new to the US housing market and credit system being on a Visa. We started looking for possible house solutions and lenders, however being new to the system did not gave us opportunities to qualify for mortgages easily and also having less than 20% down payment allowance, so buying a house seemed not to be an option for us. One year in, she helped us to find us a lender that had experience dealing with cases like ours. Once we identified the property we wanted working with her, she helped tremendously with the final negotiation enabling us to get the house. We would strongly recommend anyone to work with Cassandra, her competency and experience, professional network and ability to negotiate made a difference for us in securing a place to stay and grow our children safely.
