Answered questions professionally

Met with realtor to discuss timelines, repairs, and questions I had. However, I believe advertising my home could have been better. Videos for example. I saw other videos that my realtor did for other homes.

Sorry you felt we didn’t advertise efficiently! Hope you realize your home was amazing without large extravagant videos !! We prepared your home to be ready for influx of showings which we received right out the gate ! Your location and well cared for home was the key selling point!! This allowed us to be under contract within 40 days or less and our goal was met! Thank you for trusting us thoroughly and getting you into a better situation than you were before.
