Cassandra was very knowledgeable about homes in our price range and neighborhoods that were where we would like to live. She had great ideas about how to go about showings and what home items were negotiable and non negotiable. Very helpful for first time buyers! She had enthusiasm and knowledge and was immensely helpful and patient during the process and the closing was less stressful than we anticipated.
