Cassie was thorough and took special care of all my needs in home shopping. She addressed the transaction between me and the seller in a professional manner. The purchase was very smooth with the transaction from the sale of my home which happened within hours of each other. Super simple and smooth transaction.
Cassie is so nice, attentative and willing to go the extra mile. Everyone I know and everyone I don't know should use Cassie as their realtor. She is incredible.
Cassandra was very attentive to our needs as out of state buyers. If she didn't know the answer to our question she promptly researched and provided us with answers and resources. She listened to our needs and respected our decisions when negotiating. The entire process was very quick, thorough and enjoyable. Cassie knew what we were looking for in a home and made us feel very welcome in our new home by personally giving us facebook tours and videos before and after. The follow up visit when we finally arrived made us feel welcome in our new home and the neighborhood as well. Home is where the heart is and Cassie's heart was all in with the process of finding us a new home.
Cassandra hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
