Cassandra was helpful every step of the way by not only helping us sell our home, but also helping us buy our next one. She was knowledgeable, always gave great advice, knows what the markets are doing, and took time out of each day to communicate with us in some way. We couldn't think of a better real estate agent to help us with our homes!

Cassandra is the best. She made buying and selling so easy. She is the most honest and hard working realtor we have ever come across and we trust her whole heartedly. She is easy to get a hold of and is always willing to go above and beyond.

Cassandra has such a great knowledge of the market in metro Atlanta. We needed a quick turn around so we could purchase a property in another state. She is very straight forward with that knowledge, but listens to the needs of the seller. We wouldn’t use anyone else when selling a home.

We bumped into Cassandra while doing our own independent house search a few years back (Zillow shopping). While she was the showing agent of that house, she quickly realized that we were not looking at the right house for our dreams. She sent us a bunch to choose from, many of them we couldn't find listed on all the web searches, but needed only to show us 4 houses (2nd being the one we bought). As a buyer, I would have expected her to find us the house, negotiate a price, then show up for the closing. Cassandra helped connect me to lenders, home inspectors, closing attorneys, and even checked in throughout the whole process, which included my emails at 11:30pm which she promptly answered. I have invested more time and effort in birthday shopping than I felt I did buying a house. So perfect from start to finish....however...since then, I have referred her to many of my friends and co-workers who have had identical experiences. People, feel confident that Cassandra is the best for your next or last home purchase, and if she's anything short of awesome, come looking for me :)
