We sought our dream home during one of the most difficult times to look for a home (Pandemic, sellers market, etc.). We were introduced to Cass via a friend who lived in the area. Cass took the time to get to know us as a couple and as individuals, our style/vibe, our pricing range, etc. She only showed us homes that fit our criteria, and was always honest about the pros and cons of each home, it's current value and ultimate costs based on our vision for each property. Her knowledge and experience was beyond valuable. She found us our current home before it hit the market (and she was not the listing agent). She worked extremely hard to get us access and held our hand from beginning to end (bidding, negotiation, inspection, walk through and closing). She truly represented us. After closing, she helped us with every aspect of settling in (always softly referring her best contacts for whatever we needed). We now live in our dream home, something that couldn't have happened if not for Cass' passion for finding us our dream home. As an aside, one of our parents fell and broke his hip. Before the ambulance arrived at the hospital, Cass (and her husband Adrian) arranged for the best Orthopedic in the valley to see, take care of and eventually replace his hip. That's the kind of person Cass is, someone who cares deeply about her clients (as if we're family). She's awesome!
