Casimir is the best at what he does, plain and simple. He possesses most if not all the important qualities that you’re looking for in a realtor; professionalism, patience, integrity, active listener, great communicator. His negation skills is beyond impressive. And above all he puts YOU first, always. I met Caz via social media in late 2016 when my wife and I were in the process of buying our first home. I reached out to him for advice. Not once during our phone conversation he pressured me into leaving my realtor at the time. I was impressed with his knowledge and how he conducted his business. Right away I knew that I had to work with him next. Fast forward to 2022, he represented us when we listed that same house for sale. The process was seamless. He listened to our needs and concerns, then he explained in great details how the process would work. The man exceeded our expectations. For as long as I can help it, I don’t plan on using a different realtor and neither should you!

I found Casimir via Social Media and was immediate impressed by him. I contacted him after doing some research on him and he responded quickly with enthusiasm and an eagerness to get my husband and I started on our journey to homeownership. This being my first home, he advised us throughout the entire process and even found us an amazing mortgage company. Caz is truly amazing. He responded to every one of my questions throughout the process in a timely manner and with complete patience. No question was too big or too little. Everything we asked for, he met the expectation and then exceeded it. His negotiations were perfect and he got us a really good deal on a home and on the closing costs. He shielded us throughout the process from all the stressors that the sellers presented. And from start to finish, he made the process simple. He listened to my desires and concerns and used what he learned to find us the perfect home. He maintained total professionalism, confidence, and class each time I spoke with him or met with him. Not only is he a great realtor, but he’s also a good person. So genuine and kind and has a great sense of humor. I could go on and on about how great he is, but I will just end this by saying that he’s a wonderful realtor and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will 100% be contacting him again for our next purchase and sending his information to anyone looking for a realtor in South Florida.

I don’t usually write reviews but this time I feel the need to say something about our experience with Casimir. From the moment we contacted him and throughout our buying process, this gentleman has been nothing to us but amazing. He made our first time home buying experience something we will always cherish. Casimir took his time to listen and explain with great details the things that appeared challenging to us. I could go on and on writing about this great professional who became a friend to us.
